These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the crickx platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
crickx is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration and before any withdrawal is processed.
Each player may hold only one crickx account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
crickx prohibits any form of bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing exploitation, or use of automated betting software that circumvents platform rules.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wager settlements on crickx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied.
All bets are settled according to crickx's published betting rules. In the event of disputes, crickx's decision — made in good faith using available data — is final.
Players may set deposit limits, request cool-down periods, or apply self-exclusion at any time through their crickx account settings.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through the crickx platform at crickx.asia ("Platform", "crickx", "we", "us"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and crickx with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on crickx. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. crickx reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be under 18. Any funds held in an underage account will be returned after deducting any winnings generated.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to using the Platform. crickx does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or available in any specific location. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on crickx: persons under 18 years of age; employees, directors, or immediate family members of crickx or its affiliated entities; persons currently subject to a self-exclusion order with crickx; persons using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
Each individual player is permitted to hold a single crickx account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. crickx reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, confiscate any bonus funds or winnings arising from duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player involved.
When registering a crickx account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickx login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not. crickx must be notified immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
crickx operates a KYC programme in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or other documentation before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
crickx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Online Transfer, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at crickx's discretion without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the crickx account. Third-party deposits are not permitted. crickx reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source and to request verification of the payment method before crediting funds.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the player's verified name. crickx reserves the right to apply identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled if the associated account is found to be in breach of these Terms prior to processing.
crickx aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of receipt, subject to KYC verification being complete. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed faster than bank transfers. crickx accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
A bet is not accepted until crickx has confirmed it — either through an on-screen confirmation or a reference number. crickx reserves the right to refuse any wager at its discretion without providing a reason. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where crickx's rules expressly permit cancellation.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors — crickx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion. crickx will take reasonable steps to identify and correct errors in a timely manner.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not rescheduled within a period specified in crickx's specific sport betting rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. crickx's sport-specific rules govern settlement in all ambiguous scenarios.
Live in-play markets on crickx reflect real-time event data. Delays between real-world events and live bet placement are inherent in live betting. crickx accepts no liability for bets placed on live markets where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement due to data transmission latency.
crickx may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, standard crickx bonus rules apply.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crickx platform:
crickx reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void bets, and report activity to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected.
All content on the crickx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, betting interfaces, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of crickx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any crickx content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crickx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
crickx does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party failures may temporarily restrict access. crickx accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
Where crickx's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, its total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited into your crickx account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
crickx collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
crickx will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or where necessary to operate the Platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the crickx Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with crickx customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause prevents crickx from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court in connection with breaches of intellectual property rights or prohibited conduct.
